A:  We are based in Melbourne, Australia.

A:  Yes, we do ship internationally, BUT shipping and handling rates as well as delivery times will vary depending on your location. If you’re ordering from an international location, please contact us by email so that we can guide you throughout your ordering process. A:  You do not need to worry about shipping cost as it is included in the price advertised for all domestic orders to make it easier for you to understand and transparent at check out.

International orders will depend on your location for shipping cost.  International shipping cost details will also be displayed upon checkout.

A:  We have inventory in multiple countries and warehouses.  Sometimes it may be because your item’s availability is from another warehouse hence we have to send it in sepearate parcels to fulfill your order.

A:  Firstly, Please make sure you check your confirmation email from us.  In the email you can see how many parcels were sent.  It may be possible we may have sent your items in separate parcels.

If your order has been sent in seperate parcels, you can check your delivery notes to see what items have been sent seperately.

If there is an item missing, please contact our Customer Care department as soon as possible via “Contact us” on our website.

Please make sure you include your order details, order number and advise us what item is missing. We will  investigate and resolve your situation as soon as we find the root cause.  We guarantee that we will keep you updated through-out our process to make it as transparent as we can.

A:  Sometimes anything can go wrong unexpectedly and cause order deliveries to be delayed.  We will try our utmost best to present our delivery process as transparent as possible to you.
